Scheduled Waste Management
5E Resources Limited resolves waste challenges in the most environmentally friendly way possible. We operate three plants that break down hazardous materials and reclaim what can be salvaged, including:
- Waste Acid and Alkaline Recycling
- Waste Oil Recycling
- Electronic Waste Recovery
Utilising Integrated Heating Rotating Kilns, Oil & Distillation, Thermal Cracking & Biogas, and Physical And Chemical Treatment, our processing capabilities currently cover 34 out of 77 Waste Codes under the First Schedule of the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations.
5E Resources is approved for 9 out of 10 largest categories for scheduled waste processing, including:
- Dross/Slag/Clinker/Ash
- Spent Lubricating Oil
- Heavy Metal Sludges
- Rubber/Latex Waste containing heavy metals
- Mixture of Scheduled & Unscheduled Waste
- Sludge containing fluoride
- Waste Oil/Oily Sludges
- E-Waste
- Waste of non-halogenated solvents

eSWIS Guide
eSWIS portal is the official online portal of the Department of Environment Malaysia. This portal is a platform which provides assistance to Waste Generator for declarations of information on scheduled wastes notification and inventory reports and updates. Through this portal, Waste Generators are required to generate Consignment Notes every time waste is sent to a licensed premise.
