Job Description
  • Arranging internal and external training for employees
  • Liaising with HRDF
  • Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal
  • Monitoring training requirements, validity and schedule
  • Assisting in internal and external audit;
  • Hostel management
  • Maintaining records
  • Assisting in payroll
  • Performing daily operations of the HR department
  • Ensuring comply with rules and regulations
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior and the management
 
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Diploma in Business Administration/Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading); and
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
