Job Description

- Arranging internal and external training for employees
- Liaising with HRDF
- Attending to government authorities on submission and renewal
- Monitoring training requirements, validity and schedule
- Assisting in internal and external audit;
- Hostel management
- Maintaining records
- Assisting in payroll
- Performing daily operations of the HR department
- Ensuring comply with rules and regulations
- Ad-hoc task assigned by immediate superior and the management

Job Requirements
|
|
- Minimum Education: Diploma in Business Administration/Business Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading); and
- Ability to work as a part of a team
|
|
